1. What documents do I need to rent an item?

You’ll need a valid identification (IC or passport) and, for vehicles, a valid driving license. We’ll confirm everything during booking to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

2. How do I make a reservation?

It’s easy! You can book directly through our website, WhatsApp, or call us. Choose your item, pick your dates, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required upon booking. The amount depends on the items and rental duration. The deposit will be returned after the items are returned in good condition.

4. How long can I rent the furniture for?

We offer flexible rental durations — from 1 day, 1 week, to even long-term monthly rentals. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll tailor a package that suits you best.

5. What if the item gets damaged during my rental?

If there’s any damage, let us know immediately. Minor wear and tear is okay, but for major damage, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Are your items available to hire outside of Johor?

Currently, our rental services are limited to the Johor area. Once picked up, you are free to use the items anywhere you need within the state. Just make sure they are returned to our warehouse within the agreed rental period.

Do you offer delivery service?

We don’t have our own delivery fleet, but we’re happy to help you arrange transport through third-party services like Lalamove. You can also use your own transport. Please note that any delivery and return costs, as well as any damage during transport, will be the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer setup service?

For special setups or events, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. We’ll check availability and let you know if additional charges apply for setup services.
