Orders will usually be shipped within 2-4 working days however PLEASE NOTE, due to Quality Control process your order may be delayed. Our small team is taking extra steps to ensure every detail before shipment to avoid returns.
We process and ship out all orders on Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside.
Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.
Most packages take 3 -5 working days from the ship date to arrive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.
We don't do rush shipping, but if you need it in a hurry, please email support@booming.my before you place the order and we'll see what we can do.
What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged?
Oh no! For damage items during courier handle, we will arrange for replacement.
Please email us at support@booming.my with the subject DAMAGED along with your order number and a photo of the broken product and we will help you out!
