Can I change or cancel my order?

We process all orders within 24 hours, so please let us know within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once a label is printed, no changes or cancellations can be made, even to the shipping address.

Can I place a hold on my order?

We’re happy to hold orders for a maximum of two weeks. Any longer than that not recommended but we’re open for discussion.

What's your 14-Day Guarantee return about?

If you found your item severely damaged within 14 days of arrival, we'll take care of you. Email to support@booming.my with subject 14-Day Guarantee and attach some prove photo then we'll get you sorted. Please note: unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. But we offer return & exchange.

Do you accept returns?

Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees. For those cases, check out our warranty information here

Can i order at your store?

Our store warehouse have few numbers of stock. Also some item just for display purpose which show our newest and best-selling pieces in real life before buying them. If you have item that not in our store, no worry you still can preorder them. We will prepare a tablets on hand which you can use to log in and complete preorders.

We’re still a small team, so to serve as many customers as thoroughly as possible. We aim to always respond within one business day, but are active on weekdays from 10AM to 6PM. The quickest way to reach us is through Whatsapp > 010 832 0324 You’ll still hear back from us if you use other methods of communication, but it may not be as swift.

My order hasn’t arrived

If your delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, you can track it by visiting My Account on our website. 

Once you've logged into your account, you can see the below screen:

I’ve placed an order but heard nothing

Some time our system may down so you receive any update about the order. You can check the status of your order, delivery info and contact details in your online account. Once you've logged in, select 'MY DETAILS'

My order later than expected, what should i do?

We're sorry. We work hard with our courier to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as soon as we know ourselves.
