Care Instructions

Fabric Care:

The fabric on both cushions and mattresses can be easily unzipped and removed.
Machine wash the covers at a low temperature, up to 30°C, using mild or extra gentle soap.
Turn the fabric inside out before washing to protect the exterior.
Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.

Spot Cleaning:

For minor spills and stains, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
Use a mild detergent mixed with water to gently clean the stain. Test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Regular Maintenance:

Vacuum the sofa regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.

Foam Care:

Avoid excessive jumping or heavy pressure on the foam to prolong its lifespan.

Avoid Direct Sunlight:

To prevent fading, avoid placing your DANNY sofa in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Pet Care:

Consider using a throw or cover to protect the sofa from pet claws and potential damage.

Normal wear and tear : Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric. Alternatively, you can order new fabric for your sofa.

Fading: Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals. We do not cover damaged floor/substrate caused by furniture.

Cancelation / Return Policy

You have a 14-day to decide whether you want to keep your sofa.

The return must be inititated no later than 5 working days after you have contacted us about the cancellation. In order for you to make use of the 14-day right of withdrawal, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns must be made in original packaging and shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You can cancel your order at any time. However, no later than 48 hours before the agreed delivery time. A cancellation fee will then be charged.

Is it comfortable to turn into a bed?

Our mattresses have a density of 30 kg/m3, so it’s quite firm and hard to sit on, so it's not like a "regular" sofa where you will melt into it. It's made on the harder side so the foam doesn't lose its form and you can lay on the floor on only one mattress and use it as a double bed, without being too soft or uncomfortable. So it's perfect for people sleeping over and you can add sheet and you're all ready to go

Is it durable or practical?

We've chosen to choose a harder cold foam so you get the support your back needs when you lay down to sleep on it. As our sofa is both a sleeping sofa, playpen, and sofa we choose to find the best solution possible, where you wouldn't melt too much into it. I hope that makes sense!

Is it easy to assembly the sofa?
