When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within 25 - 29 October 2022.

 

Our small team is taking extra steps to ensure Product Quality.

 

We process and ship out all orders on Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside.

 

Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.

 

Most packages take 3 -5 days from the ship date to arrive.

I need my order ASAP, can you help?

We do not offer rush shipping. On Early Access, we do a pre-orders to give a chance to customer place order early.

 

Once the product arrive on our warehouse, we will do a Quality Control before we ship to customer.

What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged?

Oh no! Please email us at support@booming.my with the subject "DAMAGED" along with your order number and a photo of the broken product and we will help you out!
