Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering this Papasan Chair (“Contest”), you agree that you have read these terms and that you agree to them. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Contest.

1. This Contest is run by Booming Plus(“Company”) a company that manufactures and sells various rattan products and home furniture according to the passage of time.  

2. To enter this Contest you must be (a) an owner of our Papasan Chair at the time of entry.

3. This Contest is not open to Booming Plus Influencers of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. The Contest is open for entries between 13 July 2023 on Thursday to 31 July 2023 on Monday.

5. No required fee is necessary to enter this Contest and the unit of papasan you have will not increase your chances of winning.

6. You can enter this Contest in the following way:

Submit your entry via Instagram by following the steps:
Take a photo or video of your moment with Papasan Chair.
Upload it to your Instagram and ‘tag invite collaborators’ on the post. 
Write a creative caption with the hashtag #boomingplus to enter the contest.

7. There is no restriction on the number of entries that an eligible person can make.

8. Company accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to upload by the closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. No other form of entry is permitted. 

9. The prize for the Contest consists of the following:

The 2nd Prize also receive:
1 x Amica Rattan Coffee Table

The 3rd Prizes will also receive:
1x Orchid Rattan Plant Pot

10. The prizes shall be awarded as follows:
The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges based on the level of creativity, originality and artistic flair shown in their entries. Any decision will be final and binding and no further communication will be entered into in relation to it.

11. Ownership of entries:
In consideration of having the opportunity to participate in the Contest you grant to the Company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, edit, display, use, transmit, make available, distribute and store your entry in whole or in part for any marketing purpose to use your copyright at any time without any permission require (including without limitation on websites and social media channels) and to sublicense others to do the same, provided that nothing in these terms will oblige the Company to use or exploit your entry. 

12. The winner(s) of the Contest shall be notified as follows:
The winning entry will be announced via Instagram page. The 1st Prizes, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prizes will then be notified by Booming Plus via direct message on Instagram.

13. The winner(s) will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 2 working days and may be required to complete and return eligibility and residency details, among other details. The Company will endeavour to ensure that winner(s) receive their prizes within 14 days of the date they confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within 14 days of being notified, they will forfeit their prize and the Company reserves the right to choose another winner. The Company’s decision is final and the company reserves the right not to correspond on any matter.

14. Redeem 
All Prizes must be redeemed within the period. The Company only gave prizes to the winners. As the winners, you must arrange your delivery prizes or pay for the delivery fee of the prizes to us to help you arrange the prizes. Based on what you get. 

15. The winner(s) may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity in any form (including on the Company website and social media pages) at no cost.

16. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions or change the Prize (to one of equal or greater value) as required by the circumstances. No cash equivalent to the Prize is available.

17. The Company may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering or interfering with the entry process, or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive of or prejudicial to the operation or administration of the Contest or contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest.
